Administrative Assistant for Health/Life Agency
Looking for a motivated, hard-working candidate who wants to be part of a fast-paced life and health insurance office. Excellent interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and a strong work ethic are required. Must be a self-motivator, be able to multi-task and have proficient phone, computer, Microsoft Office, and general office skills. Being detail oriented, being able to work under pressure, and being a highly organized individual are musts, as well as having the ability to offer superior customer service, conduct constant follow ups with clients and carriers and ensure problem resolution/closure.
Bilingual or at the very least good working knowledge of Spanish or Arabic is highly desired.
Duties include interacting with multiple carriers, directing calls, greeting clients, organizing files and documents, setting appointments, conducting client follow-ups, affecting written correspondences in addition to general office duties as assigned.
Having a current Life & Health license for the State of Texas is preferred, but not necessary. Experience with sales is a big plus.
